Practise on real situations with HARVN Pro

Participants bring a situation from their own team, anonymised, or work on a prepared case. With HARVN Pro, the AI sparring partner whose management approach I designed, they separate facts from assumptions and compare possible responses. They prepare the words for the conversation and choose their next step.

I guide the work and we discuss what the AI missed. A simulated response gives us a hypothesis to check with real people. After the training, managers keep using HARVN Pro between sessions.

Connect the learning to the work.

A training programme can become a parallel activity with little connection to business priorities. We start with a situation your managers need to handle, agree what they should be able to do afterwards, then build practice and follow-up around it.

We review how they apply the tools after the sessions. Participant satisfaction is one measure; application in their work needs its own review.
