This notice explains how I handle enquiries and data collected through this site.
The contact form
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message and any organisation or enquiry type you choose to include. I use these details to reply and, if relevant, discuss an engagement. I do not sell them or add you to a mailing list.
Webflow hosts this site and stores form submissions. A copy is sent to my email, hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers process the data to deliver their services.
How long I keep enquiries
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 30 days, then deleted from Webflow and my email.
Tool downloads
The tools download directly. Downloading a tool does not, by itself, require you to give any personal information.
Visits
This site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting providers still process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the site.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect bots and filter spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP addresses and browser information, for this protection and to improve bot detection. These data may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.
Your rights
Swiss data-protection law (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR give you rights over your personal data. You can request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Use the contact form to make a request.
Service providers and links
Webflow stores data in the United States. Google also processes data outside Switzerland. Their transfer safeguards are described in Webflow’s privacy information and Google’s data-transfer information.
Links to LinkedIn, Amazon, Wiley, Miro, HARVN and other services take you to websites with their own privacy terms.
