What happens with your data.

This site keeps things simple and so does this notice.

The contact form. When you write through the form, the name, email, optional organisation and message you provide reach Stefano Mastrogiacomo directly and are used only to reply to you and, if relevant, to scope an engagement. They are not sold, shared or added to any marketing list.

Tool downloads. The tools download directly. Downloading a tool does not, by itself, require you to give any personal information.

Your rights. Under Swiss data-protection law (FADP) and the GDPR, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and it will be handled.

Hosting and links. The site may be served through a third-party host and links out to LinkedIn and to teamalignment.co, each with its own privacy terms.
